Little Blue Door Ltd – Terms & Conditions
These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all travel services provided by Little Blue Door Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15504914). By making a booking, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. GENERAL
- Travel insurance is not included in our travel services or promotions. It is strongly recommended that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance before travel.
- These Terms apply to any service or offer booked via Little Blue Door Ltd including packages, single components, and bespoke travel arrangements.
- Our contract with you is governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. OFFERS
- All promotional offers are for new bookings only, are non-combinable unless explicitly stated, and are subject to availability.
- Offer pricing is subject to fluctuation due to exchange rates, taxes, and availability. All prices are correct at time of publication but may change daily.
- Quotes provided are valid for 4 days, after which they are subject to re-pricing. Unless stated otherwise.
3. BOOKING TERMS
3.1 Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 20%) is required at the time of booking.
- The balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to departure unless stated otherwise.
- Bookings made within 60 days of travel must be paid in full at time of confirmation.
- Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund.
3.2 Cancellation by You
- Cancellation must be received in writing by the lead passenger.
- Charges apply based on the following schedule:

46–59 days | 40% of total cost |
29–45 days | 60% of total cost |
8–28 days | 90% of total cost |
7 days or less | 100% of total cost |
Note: Some elements such as flights, yachts, or special events may be 100% non-refundable regardless of notice period.
3.3 Amendments by You
- Amendments are subject to availability and a minimum £25 admin fee per change, in addition to any supplier charges.
- Certain bookings (e.g., flight tickets) are non-changeable and may be treated as a cancellation.
4. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS BY US
4.1 Changes Before Travel
- We reserve the right to make changes to your booking. Where a change is significant (e.g., major time or location change), you may accept the change, choose a comparable alternative, or receive a full refund.
- No compensation is due if the change is caused by circumstances beyond our control (see Section 6).
4.2 Cancellation by Us
- We may cancel your booking in exceptional circumstances. If so, you will be offered: 1.1 A comparable alternative, or 1.2 A full refund of monies paid (excluding insurance or non-refundable elements).
5. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
- We act as an agent between you and suppliers (e.g. airlines, hotels). Our obligation is to exercise reasonable skill and care in the booking process.
- We are not liable for losses due to: 2.1 Acts of third parties not related to your booking 2.2 Events unforeseeable or unavoidable 2.3 Your own actions
6. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Includes but is not limited to: war, pandemics, natural disasters, industrial action, adverse weather, supplier insolvency, government travel restrictions. In such cases, we will:
- Offer a full refund if services cannot be delivered
- Not pay additional compensation
7. INSURANCE
You are required to have suitable travel insurance. We accept no liability for costs incurred as a result of inadequate insurance coverage.
8. COMPLAINTS
- Please notify our team or local representatives as soon as an issue arises.
- If unresolved, submit a written complaint to info@littlebluedoor.io within 28 days of return.
- Failure to follow these steps may impact your right to claim compensation.
9. DATA PROTECTION
- We use your data to fulfil bookings and may share it with third-party suppliers.
- By booking with us, you consent to our privacy policy (available at www.littlebluedoor.co/privacy).
10. YOUR CONDUCT
- We reserve the right to terminate your trip without compensation if your behaviour causes disturbance, damage, or danger to others.
11. EXCURSIONS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- Any excursions or services booked outside of Little Blue Door (including in-resort activities) do not form part of your contract with us and we are not liable for their performance.
12. FINAL NOTES
- Travel documents: Ensure you have valid passports, visas, and entry requirements.
- Descriptions of destinations and services are accurate at time of publication but subject to change.
